Nur wenige 100 m entfernt lohnt sich sicherlich der Besuch von Vallon Pont d'Arc, sei es nun zum Bummel über den Markt, zum Stöbern durch die kleinen Geschäfte oder am Abend, wenn sich hier das savoir-vivre (franz. für Lebensart) einstellt.

The Pont d'Arc is a large natural stone arch in the Ardèche. The arch is 59 metres wide and 34 m high and it is a very popular canoeing and kayaking area as well as great wild swimming spot. In the near vicinity of the arch is the Chauvet-Pont-d'Arc Cave, containing one of the earliest known Paleolithic cave paintings, about 30,000 years old
