Cute candy and ice cream shop, old town classic store with tall ceilings and exposed brick. Locally made ice cream, but unfortunately very few dairy fee options and some of the flavors have artificial colors. Still a fun part walking old town in the summer.

It's hard to categorize Scrumptious. They offer ice cream and other treats in-house, and sell every kind of candy, especially those hard to find items. All of the ice cream is made in the store. It's worth a visit, even if you just want 5 cents worth of candy, please.
