When it's hot and crowded in the Yosemite Valley, we head to Tuoloumne Meadows to hike, climb, walk and enjoy the cooler temperatures and smaller crowds. There are beautiful granite domes all through Tuoloumne, which makes the drive stunning... even if you don't get out of your car.

Tuolumne is one of the best places to visit to hike, fish and explore in Yosemite. It’s only accessible for a few month during the summer. It is located on Tioga pass road on the 120.
