An excellent example of the Uk's rich culture and heritage and proudly symbolises Scotland's place in the world as pioneers of construction. Also a lovely spot for photography.

A brilliant place to go just now (Dec 2016) to observe the last remaining parts to the construction of the new bridge being built across the Forth. An amazing journey of engineering history in bridge building with the old Forth rail bridge, next to the forth Road and the new one on its way. Brilliant.Both South and across the water North Queensferry offer some interesting attractions and coffee and food houses. Popular on the weekends during summer for motor bike riders, setting off or returning from a days ride through Scotland.
