A 20 minute cruisy ride on a beautiful vintage steamboat, followed by a sheep shearing show. Recommend the buffet lunch, delicious & relaxing!

a cruise across Lake Whakatipu aboard the iconic century-old coal-fired steamship, the TSS Earnslaw. Choose to add a Walter Peak Farm Tour or their famous gourmet BBQ lunch or dinner as a package. They also offer horse treks or you can take a bike over and cycle around various trails.

Launched in 1912, TSS Earnslaw is an incredible piece of history which takes you across the lake, giving new perspectives on the Wakatipu Basin. Go below to see how the steamship operates, or stop for an amazing lunch at Walter Peak. Well worth the price.
