Carl, the owner of Earth Foods, has been a friend of Geoff's since 1980, when Geoff used to sell Carl his Pacific Isle vegan soap (the first one in the UK) and Carl stocked Geoff's Celebrity Vegetarian Cookbook. It's a real old fashioned whole food store which has just about everything you might want to find, including bags of knowledgable advice about alternative and cruelty free remedies and life style.

It is the local health food shop, a bit like Holland and Barrett but privately owned with great products, help and advice!
