Usuma Lake is a beautiful Lake is located at the north west of Abuja. It houses the picturesque Usuma Dam. Close to the Lake is River Usuma, the second largest in the FCT after River Gurara, a perennial stream with a relatively large network of head waters. The vegetation is Park Savanna due to extensive human activities such as farming, hunting, tree-felling and others.
