This place has great food, is close to the cabin, and is also close to windfall lake, which is great for swimming and fishing. They have a toy box for kids to play as you wait for food, making it a great place for families as well.

The Buckhorn Bar in Exeland has amazing food, reasonable prices, and fast service. They are locally known for their Broasted Chicken Wings that they serve by the hundred on Thursday nights, but the Broasted Chicken they serve every night is to die for. I also am a huge fan of their prime rib and fish fry! Give them a try for an evening bite to eat.
