The Apollo Bay Distillery is a place to escape the noise and chaos of everyday life. Here, we aim to preserve the tales of the town and embody the spirit of Apollo Bay. Their gins are linked to the ships that sailed off this treacherous coast many years ago and serve as a strong reminder of Apollo Bay’s nautical history. Located in the old Post Office, built in 1970, we also house the anchor of the historic SS Casino who came to a fateful end off one of our local beaches.

The Apollo Bay Distillery offers beautiful hand crafted gins, wood fired pizzas, delectable cheese platters and a great view across to the foreshore. It is also home to local coffee roastery "Hello Coffee". The Apollo Bay Distillery also offers Gin and Coffee tasting and making workshops for those who want to learn how to create their own delights.

This is a new venue in Apollo Bay and is a great spot to enjoy some house made pizzas and other small meals along with their great Gin varieties. Other beverages are of course available so it’s a lovely place to enjoy a summer’s evening and even in the cooler months, it’s a great spot
