This is one of my favorite places to walk. My sister and I made most of the trails riding our horses through the woods and along the shore line. The George’s River Land Trust has resurrected the trails we made 60 years ago.

Enjoy the sweet smells of the pine trees and salt air on this short hike through the woods the the rugged coast. Beautiful spots to stop off for a picnic on a big rock by the sea.

This is right out the door! You are private access to this preserve - just take a left out the drive way and walk down the road to the path which is on the right on the shingled barn. Our neighbors on the road can access these coastal paths here. There are two loops and the walk ranges from 20 - 60 minutes. You will rarely see anyone else there -Beautiful!
