É uma praia próxima bem movimentada, com muitos jovens, passeios de escuna, vários restaurantes, comércio diversificado e vida noturna agitada.

Canasvieiras é outra praia ao norte da ilha e também bastante visitada pelos turistas, especialmente os gringos. Possui bastantes bares e uma vida noturna bastante agitada. O trajeto de carro dos Ingleses até Canasvieiras é também bastante rápido.
