Owned by 2015 James Beard nominee and Executive Chef Brian Whittington, Preserved Restaurant features Southern cuisine that showcases local farmers in one of the oldest houses in historic Lincolnville built between 1865-1885.

Okay you "love birds". This is one of the "BEST" restaurants on the East Coast of Florida. Menu is crafted by talented chef, served by professional staff and the atmosphere is wonderful. Preserved offers both indoor and patio dining. Reservations are strongly suggested. I would say this is an "Adult Dining Experience". Ladies put on your pearls, men put on your blazer and go have a wonderful, romantic evening - start with a horse-drawn carriage ride, followed by dinner at Preserved and then enjoy an easy car-ride back to your "Home Away from Home" in Cinnamon Beach. You'll thank me later!
