The Lower Pierce Reservoir is located in Northern Singapore and is the easier reservoir to get to. My favourite really is the Upper Pierce Reservoir (which, as the name suggests, is further up from the lower one), but that is a real hike to get to without a car. The Lower Pierce Reservoir has a beautiful boardwalk and is a nice place to go to in the early morning when local residents are out by the waterfront just practicing their taichi.
