I have had some of the best and funniest nights out at functions at Ridgmont, its a wonderful, magical, magnificent, place. Beautiful location and always amazing Food. It has a fantastic outdoor terrace. In spring time, it's daffodil Hill which brightens everyone's day. i-wandered-lonely-as-a-cloud One of my favourite moments was a new year's eve party, were snow was forecast. All the family turned up in snow gear and got changed into party clothes at the venue. It snowed huge snowflakes all evening and was at least a foot deep by the time we all walked home together, after we had had a few bevies. Snow ball fights, building snow men. Totally magical. By the time we got up in the morning all the snow had gone as it had rained. Totally magnificent, ethyreal, surreal. They have car boot sales here, sometimes too. The time warp, rocky horror picture show.
