Our closest bakery is in Les Verchers sur Layon (4km), open every morning except Wednesday. Sue often bikes to the bakery, so if you would like to come along just let her know. There is a baguette dispenser next to the mayor’s office 100 metres from the manor. The traditional style baguettes are replenished twice a day. Cost 1.10€, coins only but the machine gives change.
