Another very local attraction, just turn left and keep walking until you get to the top of the hill and you'll see Jane's 'Ty Zinc' (tin shed). Jane Beck at Welsh Blankets has an extensive knowledge of the Welsh Woollen Industry for Welsh Blankets & Welsh Quilts, living on the borders of Ceredigion & Carmarthenshire, an area well known for its commercialisation of the Wool Trade.

A world away from the high street. Set amongst the bluebells in spring & hunkered beneath the Beech; the new Ty Zinc is the perfect destination for a full on Welsh textiles experience. A replica of the 1930s Roadmens houses it accomodates both a stock of 1000s of Welsh blankets & a Museum collection.
