In the spring the sap starts dripping and Roxbury Mountain Maple gets busy boiling! You can watch the syrup being made and buy all kinds of maple products. They also sell organic meat raised on their farm. This is fun for the whole family. Approximately 20 minute drive.

Yummy maple syrup locally made along with other local goodies. If not open, they usually have a stand with a trust-jar out front. Also have beef and pork locally raised.
