A fine dining experience with outstanding views across the River Derwent and Channel across to South Arm and Bruny Island. Fantastic food, great wine selection. Ask for a window seat overlooking the water. Bookings strongly recommended.

You can walk up to the Signal Station from Taroona via the Truganini Track. Note that the Brasserie has relatively restricted hours.
