They specialize in makgeolli at this Korean-style pub in Seorae Village. And they use high-quality local, seasonal ingredients in their food. My favorite dish is the black sesame chicken. It’s delicious and beautifully presented. They have many kinds of makgeolli, but try the Geumjeongsanseong makgeolli with the chicken. I call it yogurt for adults because it has a sour taste from a lactobacillus concentration that’s several times higher than yogurt’s.
