Michael's signature dish is a bake snapper with Macadamia and Pear cream sauce. All seafood, quaint and unique ambiance, BYO .. he does no advertising and been in business for the love of it, for over 20 years.

Many locals eat here, which is always a good sign - but I have seen less-than-glowing reviews online, along with very good reviews - so maybe it depends what you order. I know a number of locals who make it a regular port of call when they want a tasty, fresh Thai-fusion meal. Also, the owner is the chef. I have yet to eat here, but I am looking forward to paying a visit before too long. Vegetarians are well catered for. And takeaway is available.

Red Hot & Green is located at the back of the arcade. Modern Asian no meat.
