Carnivan Beach is located a few kilometres beyond the town of Fethard-On-Sea, a 5 minute drive from Baginbun beach and is a very attractive, clean and secluded beach. The entrance to Carnivan beach is a very narrow lane along the coast line with two parking areas with a beautiful view overlooking both sides of the beach. A costal track connects both Baginbun and Carnivan beaches that allows for hiking and cycling which is an activity that is not to be missed. The beach is enclosed with cliffs on either side which makes it very sheltered against the Northerly winds.
