Handy local grocery store, recently extended from which you can buy almost anything you need for your stay including logs, kindling and newspapers, local dairy products etc. They also stock an extraordinary selection of gins and some good local ales.

Owner Jas has a host of local meats, breads, milk, cheese, biscuits, condiments etc etc. if you go in you wont come out empty handed. Challonscombe yogurt and Aune Valley Bacon are my favourites

Post Office and General Store in St Ann's Chapel (opposite The Pickwick Inn) - supplies a wide range of groceries, great cheeses, meats, olives, a gluten free section, milk alternatives, veggie food and a decent gin selection! 10 minute drive from the cottage.
