8 miles round trip hike to see the Point of Arches. You will need a Makah park pass as well as an Olympic National Park wilderness pass.

Shi Shi (pronounced shy-shy), is a popular beach destination for hikers. The first 2 miles are on are on boardwalks and trails through the forest opening up to 2+ miles of beach. Tide pools and sea stacks lead to the spectacular "Point of Arches" rock formation. Visitors will need two permits: The Makah Recreation Pass ($10) and an Olympic National Park wilderness permit (available at the Olympic National Park Visitor Center in Port Angeles).
