A nice sandy beach on the outskirts of the city, quieter and more romantic than the city beaches of Valencia. The beach is dominated by the colourful cottage settlement, which was built here by the sea as a resort and is an interesting architectural experiment. Each house has a different colour and height - this loosens up the atmosphere a bit. The beach is named after the harbour Port Saplaya, which is a pure sports harbour for the inhabitants of the colourful houses. Not without reason is the area called "La pequeña Venezia en Valencia" - the small Venice in Valencia.

Playa PortSaplaya es junto a Patacona, una de las playas del término de Alboraya. Como calidad de playa y arena es mucho mejor la de Patacona o Malvarrosa, aunque como lugar es muy acogedor, por su arquitectura marinera. La parada numero 16, del BUS DE ALBORAYA, te lleva tanto a una playa como a la otra. Dicha parada la tienes al lado de la casa, en la calle Botanico Cavanilles 10. No muy lejos de Valencia se encuentra esta otra playa, muy bonita y con muchos restaurantes con muy buenos menus económicos para comer enfrente de la playa.
