Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious, alot of care and effort went into cooking and constructing the dishes. With 91 pages of wines this is the place for any wine lover, fantastic selection and if you get stuck the staff with extensive knowledge can guide you. 10/10 Such a delightful dining experience with a romantic setting. Went for the 4 course meal. The sourdough was so good, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The butter and vegemite butter went so well with it. Could just go all out eating those.. The wagyu rump starter was so tender and smokey in flavour, delicious. The marron was very small, the jeow bong sauce made it a lot better. Miso cod entree was the bomb, really liked the smokey flavour and the green sauce that came with it. Pork belly was not bad, didn't cook long enough as the skin was more chewy than crispy.. The brisket was so tasty, and smokey and cooked to perfection. Scallop also done well. The lamb was not bad, also tender, fried kale chips and crispy parsnips were so good. Brocollini with lemon dressing paired well with it. Dessert, the chocolate lava cake was so yummy if you love chocolate. And the black sesame cream was really good, doughnut was alright.. Lots of drinks option, there's a book just for the drinks. Nice ambiance overall with great service. Perfect for an occasion.
