Sa Pedrera de Cala d'Hort is an unusual place on the coast of Ibiza. Also known as Atlantis, its magic is due to its strange rock formations caused by the hand of man, which extracted a good part of the sand that forms the walls of Dalt Vila from the 16th century. In fact, the authentic name of the place is Sa Pedrera de Cala d'Hort, in reference to the old use as a quarry of the place that today has become an attraction for many adventurers. All the cuts in the rock, most of them diagonally, have created strange structures in which walking is as fun as it is magical, since being in Atlantis is something similar to being in a dreamscape in Ibiza.

Also known as "Atlantis" of Ibiza ;) It was a secret place till "google earth" came up ;)) Follow the street from Cala D´Hort to Es Cubelles. After only 2 km small (bad) path on the right, leading you to a parking plot (the same one which you use, if you want to see the sunset above the sea and in front of Es Vedra island.) From here you have to take the path on the left hand side. After a few meters you will stand above the sea on the cliffs. Now you have to walk down in the valley - about 30 Min. Even Sand Snowboarding is possible on this path ;) Spend the day down there and remember that you have to walk back as well. Inolvidable paseo hasta una antigua cantera de piedra arenisca al borde del mar, con piscinas naturales. Un paisaje sobrecogedor. Prepararse para la caminata de vuelta ;).

es una antigua cantera renacentista.de aquí cogieron la piedra para construir el castillo.cuidado con la bajada que es muy pronunciada,está justo detrás de es vendrá.a unos 25 kilómetros detrás del pueblo de San José.

Een paradijs dat zomaar werd opgeslokt door natuurgeweld en nu een verzonken stad is. Dat het strand Atlantis op Ibiza deze naam ook heeft gekregen, snap je meteen wanneer je alle rotsen ziet bij dit geheime strand. De rotspartijen doen namelijk eerder denken aan ruïnes en verzonken gebouwen
