A favorite café and restaurant that has been around since the 60's. Go there for a variety of pasalubongs, like the thin and crispy piaya, dulce gatas (caramelized and sweetened carabao's milk), barquillos (that toasted rolled sugar wafers) and a host of other local sweets and eats to take home.
