“Stanley Park is a 405-hectare public park that borders the downtown of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada and is mostly surrounded by waters of Burrard Inlet and English Bay. The park has a long history and was one of the first areas to be explored in the city. Use the Mobi by Shaw Go bicycle network to get bikes for you and your group and explore Stanley Park! For easy riding and to visit all of Stanley's beaches, take the legendary seawall. For a more challenging ride, explore Stanley's complex trail system, make sure to bring your mobile phone so your always connected and able to call for assistance if needed!”

“It's touristy but... it is one of the "to dos" on the North Vancouver list. Originally built in 1889, Capilano Suspension Bridge stretches 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. CLIFFWALK is the park’s newest attraction for adrenaline junkies – a cantilevered walkway clinging to the cliff high above Capilano Canyon. Treetops Adventure, seven suspension bridges through the evergreens taking you up to 100 feet (30m) above the forest floor, offers a unique squirrel’s eye perspective of the forest." Cliff House restaurant offers local fare, craft brews and BC wines with a view of the canyon. In December there are lots of Christmas lights and evening seasonal activities. ”

“ Gastown is a neighbourhood that seamlessly combines old with new, history with the way forward. An essential part of Vancouver’s history, a visit to Gastown should include a stroll along Water Street, where you’ll find a picture-perfect collection of old buildings, cobblestones, the Steam Clock, and vintage lampposts. Continue to the end of Water Street to visit a statue of the man who started it all, Gassy Jack Deighton. Architecture and history buffs can take organized walking tours of the area to further explore. Gastown is home to many of the city’s hottest restaurants, making it a great pick for a special night out. From European cuisine with farm-to-table flair, through to Asian-inspired molecular gastronomy and everything in between, Gastown’s restaurants will not disappoint.”
