Red Strand is a small beach located in a horseshoe bay near Rosscarbery in County Cork. It is quite popular for surfing and has reasonably consistent surf all year round. Red Strand beach has been awarded the Green Coast Award for 2019.

One of the most beautiful beaches in West Cork. Grab a coffee at the beach from Thomas and the gang at Ocean Brew coffee truck. And the sand is red.
