Known for its third-generation homemade vermouth and located in a historical building. They have their main location (Casa Juan) on the main street of Cangas de Onis which has a restaurant and covered patio. All ingredients are family farm grown and all dishes are homemade. They also have a secondary location which is OPEN ONLY ON SUNDAYS. This is the authentic place where the family vermouth and cider were originally made. It's a historical gem. There they serve their authentic vermouth & homemade cider as well as other refreshments and snacks.

Muy buena comida casera. También tienen en la misma calle del apartamento El Llagar Casa Juan, lugar ideal para tomar una buena sidra y disfrutar de un entorno muy bonito.

Llagar tradicional, prueba los tortos con picadillo o pide que te hagan un "Juanón" (tortos de maíz, huevo frito, chorizo frito y patatas fritas). Para estómagos resistentes
