Banco Pichincha is the closest bank to Ayampe and, more importantly, has the closest ATM. This is a BIG deal because there are currently no ATMs within Ayampe (and credit cards are rarely accepted). Also, be careful but plan ahead in case the ATM or your bank has a limit on the total amount you can withdraw in a single day!
