Grab a sub on your way to the river. Jersey subs has 3 locations. One in Soldotna, Kenai, and Kasilof (off Cohoe Loop, about 4 miles from the cabin, open seasonally)

This is a great, locally owned sub shop. They offer a variety of hot and cold sub sandwiches.
