8 -10 min walk Amazing sushi bar/restaurant The place looks nice and casual, nothing fancy, but it's just exceptional for the price. Sushi rolls of 8 pieces starting at $4, very inexpensive sushi menu, oyster $1 each (they offer permanently 50% discount since 18 months now, but check prices ). They also have happy hours.
