Lots of great prepared foods and fish and meat market. I wouldn't buy my staples here as it is a little pricey. They have specials on tuesdays

High end cheese, wines and stuff mixed with some very good regular people fare. They have a chicken and ground beef special that is freezer worthy. Research it. The deli and salad bars are money. The seafood section has great specials and some addictable offerings. Feels like a small town grocery. If I’m making a special dinner, I always go to Fresh market.
