I love starting my day off with breakfast from Vertical Diner. The blueberry pancakes are my favorite item on the menu. These pancakes are so popular you can now buy the mix to go. Yay! Somebody read my feedback card!

This is a vegan restaurant in the heart of salt lake city. I have not eaten there but I hear good things about it.
