Tasty and cheap takeout Trinidadian food! Try a roti (like a giant wrap sandwich with various fillings) or two doubles (like a chickpea sandwich on chewy chickpea dough) for lunch, and ask to get it "with everything" to add tamarind and pepper sauces for extra flavor. For dessert try a slice of Pone (cassava pudding cut into squares, very dense so several people can share one slice) is delicious, or their coconut buns and current rolls are great for an afternoon snack, fresh out of the oven. Also if you want to buy a fresh loaf of bread, their Butter Bread is delicious white bread.

Trini bakery goods are so delicious. This place has really good pastries, sweet biscuits and coconut rolls. They also do very good take-out Chinese-Style Trini Food.

Trinidadian + Chinese food fusion. Authentic, fast-food (to-go with a few tables and chairs). Get the chicken lo-mein platter, it will blow your mind. Try the pastries, especially if you love coconut!
