Historic Downtown Charleston is like no other City in the Country! Park at one of the many parking garages and set out on foot on any of the scenic historic streets! The parking garage closest to Rainbow Row would be the East Bay Parking garage. Or get started at the Charleston Visitor Center to arrange any tour you would like.
