Main bakery in Lawson, often has extra treats. French guy who uses all organic and ancient grains. Best Pain au Chocolat in Sydney IMO (& I lived in Paris!). Hip crowd and good coffee. Also has an outpost on the main street of Katoomba.

The bread and croissants are brilliant. Opening a store in Katoomba soon. Wednesday to Friday 8:30am – 4pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am – 3pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Amazing pastries and bread. Recommend loading up on champagne and pastries to enjoy for brunch on the deck.
