One of my favorite places in Easthampton. All Ice cream is made in house. My current favorites are Lavender, Strawberry Basil and Orange Creamsicle.

We can never decide if Mt. Tom's or Herrell's is the best ice cream in the Valley. I highly recommend you try both and decide for yourself.
