On the quiet north side of the island - nice area with great hiking trails and views from the cliffs close by. Best Spanish Tortilla in Can Cosmi Bar & Restaurante. Also there the Sa Palmera garden restaurant which is highly frequented by the locals. Nice views and starting point for some hiking trails is: Las Puertas del cielo which is only 1 km by car or much nicer by foot.

El pueblo de Santa Inés es, junto al vecino pueblo de San Mateo, uno de los pueblos de Ibiza que más bien se han conservado en el tiempo, manteniendo la estructura tradicional y sin verse para nada afectados por la llegada del turismo. Durante esta época muchos ibicencos, amantes de la fotografía y turistas se acercan al pueblo. Visitar Santa Inés es un buen recuerdo que llevarse de Ibiza alejado de las imágenes prefijadas de discotecas y playas: Ibiza es mucho más que eso.

Most typical little village in Ibiza. It has stayed true to it's nature. Go have a walk behind the church, nice countryside paths. In early spring the almond trees are all in bloom and it's really beautiful. Take the road from Santa Ines to Sant Mateo, beautiful scenery!
