This is one of our favorite bars! Think craft cocktails and small bites, set in a mid century style lounge vibe - plus the staff is wonderful! They open 5pm daily. Closed Sundays. Definitely my go-to for a date night or a girl's night out. The owner's name is Tyler and he moved to Reno from New York. He was a hair stylist and had a dream of opening a bar. We're so happy to have him our in Reno community. The Emerson is not quite as close as some of our other recommendations, but you can definitely walk there in about 15-20 minutes or take a quick $5 uber.

I love the Emerson! It has a gorgeous, mid-century modern aesthetic and the drinks are always delicious. I love that their menu is constantly changing! Every drink that I've had here has been really great.
