A gorgeous Inn with a dining room and tavern. Call to check what's open. Now they have a Sunday brunch in the dining room and the Tavern is open for drinks and tavern food like hamburgers, and some specials. Just had the Cioppino and it was wonderful. Call for hours.

Iconic Vermont. Farm to table (we're friends with one of the meat producers) and always delicious. Tavern menu is more affordable, live music happens here too! And, they do massages & steams in their gorgeous 'spa' cottage.

Walk two blocks to the Artisan Restaurant in Newfane . . . Locals enjoy the charming bar, patio and deck with their Tavern Menu for lighter fare under $15 dollars. Or enjoy a gourmet meal in the restaurant ~ always a memorable dining experience with locavore foods and delicious desserts. Or just wander down for a drink and sit by the brook in the garden area.
