I know Chianti it is famous for red wines, but sometimes you need bubbles and if you are looking for an amazing champagne list, take a stop in Enoteca Baldi in Panzano. Friendly staff, amazing champagne growers in the list, simple nice food. May the best winelist of the entire area...

The place in Panzano for the evening aperitivo. Amazing wine list with over 800 wines, many by the glass and great food. (homemade pasta)
