This is a sweet spot for smaller waves, definitely a lot more manageable for newer surfers or getting back into it. You can find a variety of surf schools teaching here on a daily bases.

This beautiful window to the sea is one of my favourite spots on the South Coast. Even when its busy with surfers and sightseers you can always find a quiet spot to just enjoy the view. The beach just below is just as small and quaint (sometimes impassable at high tide). Perfect for solo walks and contemplation.
