In the evenings, it's nice to stroll along the canal and take in the sights a little. Start from the Ala Wai harbor walk along the canal for about 20-30 mins then hang a right on Royal Hawaiian Ave towards the Royal Hawaiian Center and grab your dinner in the area.

Great palm-tree-lined pedestrian path along this historic canal - great for joggers or walkers. Always a cool breeze blowing here.
