Nearest railway station is Totnes 14.2 miles (30 mins drive) with main line services from London every 2 hours. Taxi or bus transfers are available from here. Bus 164 will get you to Kingsbridge Bus Station for £3.15 adult single. Also station at Plymouth (45 min drive).

Our nearest railway station is at Totnes on the main line from London - the train from Paddington takes about 3 hours.

Totnes station has trains from London stopping here on their way to Penzance in Cornwall (need to change at Exeter so a slightly slower route than travelling to and from Newton Abbot). Like the Newton Abbot train, its route has one of the most spectacular train routes you can travel on in the UK, running close beside the rivers and sea as it leaves Exeter towards Newton Abbot.
