Cafe Nero is the closest place for coffee that you may know in a well known chain that has wifi and everything else that you'd expect. Either cross the main road above the Metro or walk through the metro tunel and take the first set of escalators on your left. It will be just a few meters in front of you.

One of the best Caffe Nero's in town. A nice selection of coffees, food and beverages. 3 floors of full Bosphorus view.
