Helsinki Golf Club has a 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green and pitching area.

This is the one of the oldest golf-courses in Finland. I have not played on it myself but the reputation is good.

The star isn't exactly in right place, but walking up this street there's the Tali Estate ("Talin Kartano") with decent, no-nonsense lunch daily, around 10€. The place is pretty: www.talinkartano.fi
