Our favorite restaurant in Steamboat! They self describe as a "fun dining restaurant" we would agree. This fine/fun dining is always delicious with a delicious menu and awesome cocktails. Make reservations in advance as Sauvage is not easy to get into, but it's worth the wait and the cost!
