Great neighborhood spot. Serve breakfast 8am-3pm 7 days a week, and serve full menu until 1 am 7 days a week. Great food and fun bar. It's where the locals hang out.

Alicia has a restaurant and bar named after her laugh, and what a laugh it is. She has made Ha! into a quintessentially comfortable neighborhood joint that is open from 8 AM - 2AM the next day. The food is great and there is a full bar open until closing time.
